At Spike Fitness  we aim to educate and empower you to achieve your fitness goals.  Spike Fitness recognises the importance of raw transperancy. Ultimatley, through establishing more clarity within the fitness industry  allows us to have an edge over other commercialised competitors. Spike Fitness seeks to apply an evidenced backed approach in each session delivery that will bring you closer to your goals, all whilst fitting these privatised sessions into your busy schedules.  


With three distinct services available to suit yours ambitions and experience,  my mission is to help move you closer to your fitness related goals. Whether you are a new time gym goer or a seasoned athlete, Spike Fitness caters to all.


At Spike Fitness I work intesively with a relativley small client pool  to ensure my current clients are getting all the support they need. You are not just another number here, I seek to make sure within every session that you learn something new and to ensure the sessions are specifically tailored to your needs.


One on One personal training customzied to take you from your starting point to your fitness goals. Packages run for either 1, 3 or 6 months to suit the magnitude of your goals and include in person training at the Spike Fitness gym.

 A customised Spike Fitness training plan suited to your goals, starting point and equipment. Includes consultation and weekly check-ins, program delivered to you via the True Coach app.

The perfect way to get statted on your fitness journey or get a taste on what training at Spike fitness is like. Classes of up to 4 people, programming will be focused on either functional fitness or conditioning based on the groups preferences
